UBC presents Health and Wellbeing in Persons with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities: Children, Youth, and Adults at the Coast Plaza Hotel and Suites.
This conference will provide education and informative updates on psychiatric, behavioral, and complex health components specific to individuals with DD, and showcase best practices in the field.
The conference will address topics such as Epilepsy, Aging in Down Syndrome, Prader Willi Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Sexual Health, Self Injurious Behavior, and other challenging behaviors, as well as comorbid health conditions such as dysphagia, pain, and mobility issues.
